We advise in acquisition processes for both domestic and international buyers of Norwegian private companies. Our buy-side assignments are either acquisition searches (where we identify and assess which companies that meets our client’s defined criteria, and approach them to assess their potential as acquisition targets), or where the acquisition target is defined (either suggested by Weibull or identified by our client).
Weibull’s staff of dedicated analysts have extensive experience from providing valuations and other financial analyses related to our transaction assignments or as a service to clients in need of independent valuations related to e.g. internal transactions.
